IMPORTANT: as of 8/15/2024, two-factor authentication will be required to log into this portal. You will need one of the following three authenticator apps:
- Microsoft Authenticator
- Google Authenticator
- Duo Authenticator
All authenticator apps are available from both the Apple and Google (Android) app stores.
The addition of two-factor authentication will not change anything about the application process nor will it affect the status of any current or past application.
